Flashback Friday: 1981

I love this photo! This is me at age 11 with a bit of an attitude, and my heavily bearded Dad. It is one of the few photos that my mother didn't actually label on the back, so I am not quite sure where we are here...somewhere near where we lived in Moab, Utah, I'm sure.

My childhood was spent hiking in all the National Parks and beautiful areas surrounding Moab - what more could a kid ask for? I don't remember watching much TV ever at all as a kid. Childhood memories mainly consist of hiking, fishing, camping, and softball.
