A 66-year old woman in Britain is 8 months pregnant, through IVF treatments she got in the Ukraine. (Shame on you, Ukraine!)
This poor kid will have an 84-year old mother when she/he graduates high school.
While I totally understand the desire to be a mother...66 years old?? Come ON. Selfish. This makes me feel kinda sick.

I hadn't heard about this, but I agree totally. I'm 47 and I can't imagine wanting a baby at her age. I already feel creaky and cranky!
I am totally with you on this. COME ON! I mean... yeah, sure, she still looks fit now FOR A 66-YEAR-OLD. But 84 at graduation?! I ALREADY feel bad for that kid. :(

By that age, you volunteer with a local youth group and accept the fact that you won't have kids of your own. Not everyone is supposed to have that experience.
I mean, what happens when she dies of old age while the kid is in preschool? Who's going to take care of him/her then?
