True Love and Some Serious Brownie Points for Matt

While we were away for Thanksgiving, my husband bought me this nativity:

I have wanted this particular Willow Tree nativity for YEARS. The little "bear" nativity we have just wasn't doing it for me - something about the baby Jesus in "bear" form just seems plain wrong to me.
Matt scored some big time brownie points by buying this. He is a good man. If you have the means, I highly recommend picking one up.
The nativity, not my husband.

Jealousy here! Travis bought Mer the complete set while I was at her house. I drooled as I helped her open the boxes.

I'm very happy for you - definitely an upgrade from bears!

I have been holding out for that exact nativity for a long time. I am very jealous, I don't even own one because it is that one I want not just any ole one. You are one lucky girl and he is a good man.

That was funny. Pick one up...not my husband.
The nativity is very very pretty. It would make me smile every time I walked by it. We have a clay one from Guatemala and Joseph is making pupusas or somethin'.

Visiting from SITS, Hello! Love that nativity set! I was in the market for one this year, (being newly Catholic as of this last year) I saw this one and Loved it! I decided on another, but maybe someday will own this set. What a good job your hubs did!
